All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Payment

All prices on our website are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of any products.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Requirements: Customers are required to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery of the order on the scheduled delivery date. Delivery can occur at any time during the day.

4.2 Failed Delivery: If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will make every effort to contact you. However, if there is no response or no one is present after 15 minutes, the delivery will be recorded as a failed delivery. In such cases, Wolverhampton Fencing Supplies will not be liable for any subsequent claim of non-delivery.

4.3 Redelivery: Any redelivery required due to a failed delivery will be subject to additional costs as outlined under the “Additional Costs” section.

5. Exchanges and Returns

5.1 No Returns Policy: We do not offer returns on any of our products.

5.2 Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available only under specific circumstances and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. All exchange requests will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet our criteria.

6. Wood as a Natural Product

6.1 Natural Properties of Wood: Wood is a natural product, and each tree has unique properties. These properties can include variations in color, warping, twisting, splits, knots, knot holes, and differences in product finishes.

6.2 Non-Defects: The development and appearance of these natural properties are not considered defects. As such, they are not grounds for any claims for replacements, refunds, or repairs.

7. Additional Costs

Any additional costs, including but not limited to redelivery charges, will be outlined in your order confirmation or invoice. These charges must be paid before the additional service is provided.

8. Liability

Wolverhampton Fencing Supplies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
